Request for Coverage Form

My wife and I are advocates of Free Speech, Arts, Education, and Government Accountability. We have been, are now and will continue to be watchdogs for the people of Hartford and the voiceless in our community. We cover many community events free of charge. If you have an interesting event we might cover it without charge to you.

That said, there are real production costs and someone will have to pay for them. If it is not you it will more than likely be I and my wife. 

Event Coverage Request

If you would like J. Stan McCauley dba Light Source Productions to cover your event, please answer the questions in this link: https://forms.gle/LHeTfh5EQDqaKXr88 . If we cover your event it will be aired on our online television network “AccessTV.org”.

In order to ensure that we have time to prioritize and coordinate coverage of your event, please make your request at least (21) days in advance of the event. There is always the possibility that I may not be able to cover your event due to scheduling or production limitations.

PLEASE HAVE THE INFORMATION FROM THE REQUEST FORM READY WHEN YOU CALL TO MAKE YOUR REQUEST.
