Government - Connecting the municipal city government of Hartford to the residents and cable subscribers with live broadcasts of Court of Common Council Meetings and Public Hearings, along with other informational programs produced by various departments.

Hartford Public Access Television works with the City of Hartford to provide a full connection to those interested in how the local government works. To advance this objective, HPATV is now putting television programs On Line. To facilitate the viewing experience, we are utilizing Google Video.
