While our mission is to provide the city of Hartford’s community, government and educational institutions free and unrestricted access to the cable television system, Hartford Public Access is grateful of the generosity of the community.

Producers, such as Galaxy Vision's Yves Regis (right), are proud to support their community access television station which gives them a voice in the community.

The best way to support Public Access Television, be a cable subscriber! Satellite service fails to offer local programming, keep the community voices out of the media.

So forget the dish, and subscribe to cable in your area... especially if you live in Hartford!
